Hogan Assessment Consultant and Key Account Manager

We distribute Hogan Assessment products, train and support Hogan users, and deliver a range of consulting services such as Selection, Talent Management, Executive Coaching, and Leadership Team Development.

Since our beginning, we have maintained strong growth within our assessment tools and certifications. At the same time, we experience a growing demand for our consulting services from our clients, who appreciate our deep business psychological expertise and experience with assessments.

With our continuously growing customer base, we are looking for an Assessment Consultant who will be responsible for keeping close contact with a specific list of customers as well as delivering consultancy services such as providing individual Hogan feedback, conducting certification workshops, conducting recruitment assessments at senior management levels, etc. Apart from these primary responsibilities our new colleague will also have other tasks such as providing general support and advice to our customers, handling requests from potential new customers incl. making offers, developing our services and products, being responsible for specific products, etc.

You will become part of the consultant team, reporting to our Director, Hogan Assessments.

Your tasks will include:

  • Work with key stakeholders at new and existing clients (including C-suite executives, HR and organizational development leaders and specialists) to discuss their needs and how we can best support them
  • Generate offers based on the client’s needs
  • Delivering Hogan feedback to clients
  • Facilitating Hogan certification workshops
  • Conducting recruitment and development assessments at senior management levels
  • Supporting Hogan certified users



  • Master’s degree for example in Psychology, HRM, or related fields of expertise
  • The business mindset with a solid track record from consultancy roles and/or experience within corporate HR environments
  • In-depth understanding of leadership development and talent management
  • Experience working with psychometric assessments and development
  • Ability to think analytically, problem solve, and provide pragmatic solutions
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality results
  • A natural networker who enjoys engaging externally and is comfortable with sales-related activities
  • A genuine interest in people and helping others
  • A team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done
  • Motivated to contribute to a great team spirit and to a company in growth
  • Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English is a must
