Johannes holds an MSc in Psychology from University of Copenhagen specialising in occupational and organisational psychology. During his education, he has primarily worked with organisational and leadership development, coaching, psychotherapy and stress. Simultaneously with his studies, Johannes has worked as a teacher in psychology at University of Copenhagen.
Johannes has experience with occupational and organisational psychology as well as clinical psychology. He has worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark with areas within leadership development, recruitment and screening of candidates for risk areas in developing countries. This job has given him substantial knowledge of how leadership and talent development is put into practice in large governmental institutions. In addition to this, Johannes has worked as a teacher for psychology students at University of Copenhagen. Furthermore, Johannes has experience within clinical psychology in connection with a previous job as clinical psychotherapist.
