Thomas Clement-Christensen is Principal Consultant and a trained business psychologist.
Among his many responsibilities is guiding our clients on implementing assessments into recruitment and development processes in ways that ensure efficiency as well as great candidate experiences. He is also a master trainer and certified user of multiple assessment tools, including Hogan Assessments.
Thomas brings more than two decades of valuable experience to our clients. Before joining Summit, he has held global and regional leadership positions within HR and Sales spanning banking, pharma, professional services, and MedTech sectors.
Having lived and worked in the Asia-Pacific region for several years, Thomas maintains a global outlook and is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in today’s organizations.
Thomas holds a master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen.
