Ditte has been working with Marketing and Communication in the Media industry for more than 15 years and holds a master’s degree in International Business Administration and Modern Languages from Copenhagen Business School. At Summit, Ditte is responsible for the administration and coordination of some of Summit’s leadership and talent development programmes. In close cooperation with the responsible consultants, she participates in planning, organising, and implementing the projects to ensure they run smoothly from start to finish. Furthermore, Ditte handles a variety of other tasks such as test administration, translations and editing.
