The Hogan Advanced Feedback Workshop is a one-day workshop that trains Hogan certified participants in deepening and expanding their Hogan interpretation and especially feedback delivery skills.

Following Advanced Feedback Workshop, participant’s will be able to:

• Summarize Hogan data using behavioral themes and competencies as a framework
• Deliver competency-based Hogan feedback
• Deliver high-impact feedback, including development actions based on Hogan data
