Maja has nearly seven years of experience working with leadership and holds a master’s degree from Copenhagen Business School. She has experience from both the hospitality and media industries and has been part of management teams, always with a strong focus on projects, teams and development.
She has extensive experience leading cross-functional teams with responsibility for operations, processes, coordination and development. Maja is comfortable balancing a strategic perspective with hands-on task execution and naturally engages in everything from customer service and project coordination to quality assurance and practical tasks.
As an ICF-certified coach and certified in TT38 and Hogan (in progress), Maja has a strong interest in the psychology behind wellbeing, motivation and performance, and in creating conditions where people and teams thrive and succeed in practice.
