Tine is a seasoned HR generalist with extensive experience from large corporate and global companies across diverse industries. Her main areas of expertise are within Strategic HR Business Partnering as well as organisational and leadership development, strengthening people management as a key driver of organisational success. In addition, she has experience within HR Legal and HR Operations. She is experienced when it comes to driving HR agendas and executing projects across all levels of the organisation, incl. applying various assessment tools. Her approach is to consistently align HR strategies with organisational objectives with strong personal values towards teamwork, collaboration, empowerment, and positive working environment. In addition, Tine holds an M.Sc. in Strategy, Organisation and Management from CBS and several additional assessment certifications and tools.
