We provide solutions for employees, leaders, and organizations, and our expertise in the application of assessment tools is in demand in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Baltics, and the Benelux region.

One of our skilled colleagues is going on maternity leave, and we are looking for a new colleague to fill her role. Summit is a growing company, and we hope there will be an opportunity for permanent employment after the maternity cover period

Your Responsibilities
You will be part of our support team, which has direct contact with our Danish and international customers. You will play a key role in ensuring high customer satisfaction by handling customer inquiries via phone and email, as well as supporting our consultants.

The Tasks Include:

  • Identifying customer needs to ensure the best service

  • Supporting customers with tasks such as resetting passwords, creating users in Hogan’s system, generating candidate reports, and planning workshops

  • Communicating with Hogan, our assessment provider

  • Handling ad hoc tasks

We Expect That You:

  • Have experience with customer interaction and strong communication skills

  • Work independently, structured, and efficiently with an eye for quality and detail

  • Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain an overview

  • Are proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook) and have an aptitude for IT systems

  • Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken

  • Are team-oriented, service-minded, and take responsibility for delivering excellent customer service

  • Are outgoing, patient, and possess a good sense of humor

What We Offer

Summit is an exciting workplace located in Nordhavn, where we operate in modern offices close to public transportation. You will join a support team of 2-3 colleagues who work closely with our group of consultants. The working hours are 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 16:30, and Friday until 16:00. There is an option for one remote workday per week.
