Data Processing Agreement

At Summit, we are committed to protecting the personal data we process on behalf of our clients. To ensure transparency in our data processing practices, we have created a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which outlines our responsibilities and obligations in compliance with GDPR.

Our DPA details how we ensure the security and lawful processing of personal data, including our procedures for data security, storage, and breach reporting. We encourage all our clients to review the agreement, which can be downloaded via the link below.

The Clauses become effective on the date i) of both Parties’ signature, or ii) as set out in the initial Order Form (or Statement of Work) or Engagement Letter or iii) when the Data Processor starts to process personal data on behalf of the Data Controller – whichever is first.
