Data Processing Agreement

At Summit, we are dedicated to safeguarding the personal data we process on behalf of our clients.

We have created a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to promote Client transparency around our data processing practices, it outlines our data processing activities in accordance with GDPR obligations and compliance responsibilities.

The DPA is essential when our clients (as Data Controllers) and Summit (as Data Processor) handle personal data in the Hogan Assessment HALO system.

The DPA specifies how we ensure the secure and lawful processing of personal data, covering our procedures for data security, storage, and incident reporting related to potential personal data breaches.

We encourage all clients to review the agreement, which is available for download via the link below.

The DPA and its clauses take effect on the date of :

i) both parties’ signatures; or

ii) the date set in the initial Order Form, Statement of Work, or Engagement Letter; or

iii) when the Data Processor begins processing personal data on behalf of the Data Controller – whichever is first.
