Part-Time Office Assistant/Receptionist for Consultancy Firm in Nordhavn

Are you a person who always pays attention to details and can create a warm and well-organised start to the workday? We are looking for an engaged Office Assistant/Receptionist for 15 hours per week – from Monday to Friday, 08:15 to 11:15 – who can ensure that our office in Nordhavn is always ready for a new day. A few times a month, you will be required to extend your working hours to full days in connection with hosting workshops.

You will be one of the first to arrive in the morning, and your responsibilities will include opening the office, preparing the coffee machine, and ensuring that everything is ready and inviting for the rest of the team and the day’s guests.

Your tasks will include:

  • Overseeing meeting rooms and bookings, as well as welcoming guests and preparing for meetings.
  • Booking and coordinating calendars (Outlook).
  • Preparing and printing materials for workshops (Word & PowerPoint).
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding office functions, including cleaning, office supplies, lunch arrangements, etc.
  • Supporting the consultants with various administrative tasks, such as booking travel, conference venues, printing materials, etc.
  • Ensuring that the meeting rooms and the office, in general, look presentable.
  • Taking care of small but important details like watering plants, changing light bulbs, emptying the dishwasher, cleaning the coffee machine, etc.

 

Your qualifications:

  • You are flexible, proactive, and take responsibility for your areas of responsibility.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office – primarily PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook – and are used to ordering items online.
  • You thrive in an environment where you also work with English-speaking colleagues and customers.
  • You are helpful, cheerful, and have a good sense of humour.
  • You have a solid overview and keep a cool head in busy situations.
