Adam is a highly skilled consultant with a unique experience in the world of elite sports. His current responsibilities include client feedback coaching and supporting teams to achieve their development goals.
By utilizing the innate pressures of high-performance domains, Adam is a master at helping individuals and teams become strong, resilient forces. The goal is for professionals capable of handling high-pressure situations while maintaining the integrity and personal behaviours that make them proud.
Before joining Summit, Adam spent a decade working with elite athletes before, during and after competitions with the purpose of enhancing their general well-being while supporting peak performance, when it mattered most.
Adam holds a master’s degree in Sports Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Southern Denmark.
