As the Regional Head of Benelux, Jesper spearheads our market development activities in the region while ensuring our Benelux clients receive the best possible service and counseling. In addition, Jesper also oversees all marketing activities to increase awareness of the valuable benefits of Hogan Assessments in combination with Summit.
Jesper has a long career in marketing, business development, talent management, and strategy. He has worked with large organisations across Europe on facilitating insights and learnings around HR transformation, culture change, talent management, recruitment, and leadership development – always with the aim of helping organisations successfully move forward.
Jesper holds an MBA in International Management and is certified in Hogan Assessments
