Susanne is a licensed psychologist from the University of Copenhagen and a certified executive coach. Furthermore, she has completed a postgraduate course from DISPUK in the systemic approach.
Susanne is particularly experienced in various HR processes – performance management, talent development, job satisfaction surveys, upward feedback, staff development interviews, assessment and strategy processes. In addition, Susanne has carried out tasks within crisis and stress management. During the last 25 years, the headlines of Susanne’s work life have been facilitation, teaching, coaching and leadership. Partly within qualitative market analysis, both as assistant director and manager at Gallup, partly as Business Partner at Deloitte and finally for a number of years as a partner specialising in leadership development. Over the years, she has gained experience with both private and public organisations.
