Frederik holds an MSc in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen, specialising in organisational and work psychology. Among other things, he has worked as a work environment consultant and since 2018 as a business psychologist and consultant at Summit. Here, he has worked with supporting leaders at all levels in developing their personal leadership – both in the private and the public sector. He has extensive experience in designing, project managing and facilitating everything from large strategic leadership development programmes to targeted personal coaching programmes for individual leaders or management groups. Frederik is passionate about creating the framework for courses that actually move people and behaviour – whether it is about the organisation, the department, the team or the individual’s development.
