Pernille became part of Summit in 2020 and has a Master´s degree in Business Administration and Psychology from CBS, Copenhagen Business School.
Pernille is Hogan certified, which means she provides individual assessment feedback and provides supervision on the interpretation of assessment results. In addition, her responsibilities include handling requests for proposals (RFP), Customer success (ensuring our clients reach their desired outcomes when using Hogan Assessments) and individual Hogan certifications. Pernille is also involved in administrative activities such as day-to-day support, preparation of materials, project or/and clients meetings, coordination of larger client projects, and facilitating training in online system administration (HALO, Configure). On top of that, Pernille is co-facilitating learning sessions with our clients and Hogan Certifications Workshops.
With Pernille’s educational background in business and psychology combined with her job experience from Summit, Pernille has gained a solid understanding of the business and insight into the use of personality assessments within Summit and our client communities.
