Conversational Leadership Workshop – tackle the conversations that matter
Our Conversational Leadership workshop is tailored to the real-life challenges you face in your leadership role.
We know there is often a gap between theory and practice. That is why we have designed this workshop to focus on concrete leadership behaviours and communication skills that make a genuine difference. Our approach is flexible, focused, and grounded in practice.
Who is the workshop for?
• You have decided to hold a serious conversation with an employee whose behaviour is problematic
• Communication with a team member has gone off track
• You are struggling to convey that performance needs to improve
The workshop lasts 3 hours and includes 2–6 participants. It is facilitated by experienced business psychologists.
What does the training include?
• Small groups allow for focused, in-depth sparring
• Practical, hands-on training with situations that are genuinely difficult
• Ideally, you bring your own case – otherwise, we will provide one
• The goal is for you to walk away and create real results immediately

Your registration is binding 14 days before the date of the workshop. However, we reserve the right to cancel up to one week before, if there is only one participant registered. In such cases, we will aim to offer an alternative date. If no suitable date is found, the registration will be cancelled at no cost. In case of illness, cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the start of the workshop.
