We provide services within assessments and development of employees, leaders, and organizations, and experience a high demand for our expertise in industrial psychology and experience with the use of test tools in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Benelux.
Tasks:
Our support team is in direct contact with our customers on a daily basis and is essential to ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary task will therefore be to respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
The tasks will also include:
- Identifying the customer’s needs so that the right and best service can be provided
- Supporting customers in connection with, among other things, resetting passwords, setting up new users/customers in Hogan’s administrative system, generating candidate reports, etc.
- Contacting Hogan, our American supplier of assessments
- Ad hoc tasks
We expect that you:
- Are good at and have experience with direct customer contact
- Work structured and efficiently – and have a pronounced sense of quality and details
- Can juggle multiple tasks at the same time while maintaining an overview and meeting deadlines
- Are used to working in MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel) and have a general flair for IT systems
- Are skilled in formulating yourself in Danish and English both in writing and orally
- Are customer- and team-oriented; you are committed and service-minded and thrive with the responsibility of serving customers and colleagues
- Are outgoing, patient, and have a sense of humor, and that you will contribute positively to a developing team and a growing company

Summit is located in Nordhavn, close to S-train and Metro stations. You will be part of a support team with 2-3 great colleagues, working alongside a consultant group regarding Hogan Assessment.
